Hi, my name is Clare…
I am the founder of the Positive Practical Parent, your final stop to finding sleep. I am a mum of two and my passion for sleep was borne out of having my own children and realising how fundamental my children’s sleep was for our entire family.
My sleeping children allowed me to be the best version of myself , as a mum. I have experienced sleep deprivation, the reality of its consequences and how exhaustion not only ruled my nights, but also consumed my days.
It does not need to be this way.
Asking for help and support around my child’s sleep changed my life as a mum. It also inspired me to become a sleep coach, to reduce the volume of conflicting sleep information out there and to provide simple, focused solutions to help your child to sleep.
I am here to help you to support you and to help encourage your child to thrive on sleep. I am non-judgemental and love to work collaboratively.
Sleep should not be complex and I’m here to offer you practical advice and shed a positive light on your tired situation.
